Local Beef Heart Recipes

So there was a lot of talk about Beef Heart at the meeting. I was wondering if you guys would be willing to post your recipes of the mix for other to see. I've never done it so I don't really know what quantity of ingredients to use or what kind of ingredients to us. If you guys wouldn't mind posting how it done with measurements that would be amazing.

Oh and I remember David talking about using sirloin instead of heart, anyone know what type/part of the meat is best to use?

Also! After not feeding the Discus at all yesterday because of the trip, I gave them the beef heart this morning and they ate it! =)
