glad its going well. my tank has only been up for about 2.5 months and im starting to see things come together after my initial mistakes with too much light, diy co2 and ferts... now i have less light, no co2 and no ferts and algae is going away and tank looks great. looking forward to update pics. nice job. its one of my favorite sizes. i almost got a used one that was labeled leaker for cheap but got scared and got a used 75 non- leaker. lol. walt.

I lost a discus yesterday. Not sure y. Little upset about it. I tested my water & everything's perfect. Nirates r a little up but just a little darker yellow (API test kit). It gives me an excuse for maybe a new fish. We'll see. I'll post new pics later.

Well, everything seems ok now. But I did have a mishap - lost 3 Discus last week. "Discus Plague" - not sure what happened. I haven't changed anything, no new plants, fish, etc. Really really weird. The last time I had a crash I ordered Dr. Discus Blackening Panacea (http://www.mrdiscus.com/id70.html). I used it this time & a day later all discus had their color back & started eating again. Will be looking to get some new plants & a few more discus soon but will probably wait till after the holidays. Will post new pics than.

Very nice, those Stendker PB's are the nicest ones on the market IMO.

I agree they r probably my favs but don't tell the other Discus. LOL. I was thinking of 3 more maybe Dark Angel, Red Turquoise or Red Scribbelt (1 or the other), & Snake Skin Blue or Red (1 or the other)

Yup I think I'm going to make a trip to Hans next weekend for a Blue PB, Red PB, Flachen, and maybe something else I haven't decided yet. I still want to get one maybe two from Kenny.

Well nothing really going on. Did a large water change, filter, & all that fun stuff. I really want 2 add 3 more discus & some more rummy rose.

I was thinking Hans Discus (of course) - definitely Dark Angel & Red Scribbelt - the 3rd is still up in the air can't decide - Flachen X Snake Skin, Brilliant Turquoise, or Alenquer
