    Very nice tank. I have a 240 gallon with 2 FX 5's as filteration and love them.

    nice tank.
    it not that diffcult to convert your sump to a wet dry if you want to. but i think you'll need to fill up your sump with more filter floss and bio media. have you ever thought about using plastic pot scrubbers instead of bio-balls?

    The local reefers had plenty of free bioballs for me so I just added them to a section of my sump. Its noys a trickle filter but a high flow area. So i did add more bio material.
    The fx5 i have two chambers filled with bio max and the third is just for mech filtration.
