Shrimp Skin & Heads

Do you use them? Are they at all beneficial over just shrimp themselves?

I've never used anything but the peeled tail of the shrimp. I'm not sure if the shells would grind up fine enough for consumption...Bill

Thank you, that is what I was thinking, but I noticed some people on here mentioned using the shells in their mixes...... I only want to use things I feel would be safe for me to eat... lol
