that fish is a whopping 7.5" tl.... theyre eggs were all gone this morning it was thier first spawn in pair out tank very soon they will be moved to a breeder so they can get busy without all the distractions! I dont think the altum is very old it has grown almost an inch since the nada show and this is his first attempt at spawning. they should throw some very high quality fry!

no peter in NJ bought that guy, this fish was smaller but has almost cought up with that one in size!! this guy didnt place..... but in all fairness Mike won 1st 2cnd and 3rd place in the catagory(he entered four) I think this guy would have placed otherwise. post #50

Thats what I'm talking about! Those fry are coming along nicely. Hope you will save me some choice ones. I currently have a Blue Knight Cross that I measured last night at just a hair under 7 inches. I will try to post a pic. I know it will be way too late for show or anything but I really want to try and recreate another Blue Knight Cross Like I have. I'm anxiously looking forward to see how your cross turns out. Best of luck and thanks a lot for the update.

thanks for overly clarifying Dan ..... although in post 93 I stated this was not the show fish and also never claimed they were from wayne after the first time you had comments in the other thread. glad to see you following my posts....Leo

As a Moderator on Simply I follow all threads. I am especially interested in your pair because I think they look VERY NICE and want to see how the fry develop.
