Just saw this tank and I really like it! Be sure to show us when you have fish in it, it will be even more spectacular then!

How did you get all those branches standing up straight and not falling over. Looks really cool.

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments and ideas. I added 8 scarlett badis (dario dario) and 6 shrimp of different colors. I want to keep very small fish in this tank. I will probably add something else when the scarlets get bigger. They are so small that the first day after I got them they had all disappeared. I found them in the HOB filter. I fixed that with nylon stocking.

For some reason I have always been drawn to those tanks that have very small fish that I sometimes cant even identify. Just mysterious I guess. I will update when the tank begins to look different as plants and fish grow etc.

How did you get all those branches standing up straight and not falling over. Looks really cool.
I attached to bottom with silicon and held til dry witha board laid across top.

I really like the concept and design of your aquscape!! The close-up pics look like I'm snorkeling in the jungle! Very cool.

One suggestion: Do some cable management - e.g. tie the cords behind the legs of your stand so that all the attention is on your aquascape!

Update since the plants have grown (slowly but surely) and added some livestock; LOTS of pictures of some of my non discus fish.

    1 some type of loach
various shrimp we hardly ever see
    5 scarlett Badis
    6 Celebes Rainbows
    1 Albino BN
    2 ottos
    snails and plants

Low Lights -No ferts -No CO2 - black sand over some potting soil. THANKS for looking

Only had these guys for one day. They should color up a lot more in time.

Very difficult to get pictures of these little boogers. They are so tiny. Act like small cichlids, territorial and flaring fins and gills at each other.

Im not the only one who enjoys looking at this little tank
