Default Wanting to learn how to ship packages

Hello, all who ship discus using Fedex or similar carriers, I'm inquiring FedEx and asking the proper procedures in getting started to ship fish. I'm losing out on possible business opportunities not shipping, well fedex finally got back with me and I have to create an account with them, then when that's done they want me to send them a package just as if I was shipping a box full of fish, so is there any tips you care to share that will help me along the way so maybe I can learn the proper ways of shipping. I have been subjected to different ways of packing from our good friend Kenny in California to local people like Mike at CODISCUS and many others so I guess what I'm saying is any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone Jim in Ohio

Yeah, but the boxes aren't big enough for possible adult discus, I think I need more of a reliable source.

    Jim,

Aquatic technology out of Columbia Station has a lot of free styrofoam fish boxes. There's also an oxygen cylinder for sale on craigslist out of Cleveland.
Do you have any of those albinos left?

Hear is where I buy my heat packs in bulk:

This is where I get my bags:

There are other place but I have been happy at both place's and no need to change unless I need a small quantity.
