We got some snow here in PGH PA,,but nothing like you Martha..Thank God!!! We got aboutr 6-8 " snow over the last 2 days..Here are some photos of last year here ..I think we got 24" in less thans 2 days..Heres my boys playing in the backyard..they are roughly 32" plus to the shoulders..One picture I had to shovel a path so the boys could relieve themselves..Hope we do not relive that snow storm again..(knock on wood)

Ha! My driveway is over 1/4 mile long. You would be shoveling for days! I just use 4 wheel drive.

I feel the same way.

The cool thing about San Diego is that we DO have seasons. Our winter is rainy and cool, in fall the trees change colors and the summers are warm (under 90). Every now and then we get a little too much rain at one time. When that happens the rivers overflow and houses fall off cliffs. Whoever though building a house on the side of a cliff was a good idea may be rethinking that idea. LOL!

I've lived in San Diego since late 2000 and will likely never leave. Why would I?

Right about now I wished I lived in s calif! But even though I hate it, it looks nice and it give a break from the same old.I think if I lived in the same season year after year I'd hate that more.

Yeah we got snow.... we usually shovel our long driveway...this storm we found someone to plow it.... Best $75 I ever spent!... came in the am, and then when the storm was over.

I cannot even imagine shoveling your driveway Al! Mines less than half of yours and I snow blow it with a ten year old walk behind snow blower and then sit around all day complaining about how much work I just did...

I was just thinking to myself the other day how many folks on this forum live in snow prone areas. LOL! I guess you need indoor hobbies when stuck in the house a lot.
