Great job with them! Impressive! Very nice looking tank and fish...Bill
can't believe how much prettier these fish get as they get older. fins are fire engine red and some of them are getting red spots on thier sides. sure wish I knew what kind they are. thought they were Rio Nanay's (bought from snookn21) but they don't really look like the ones he has for sale. notice the dark bars on some pics. they are usually pale but I think they get mad at the flash going off.

a few more
Wow 3dees, they look great and love your tank, very natural typing. What sized tank are they in?
thanks Bill and Pat. 120 gal. 48x24x24
I’ve always liked your tank. How did you overcome the breathing issues these fish had early on? What changed? Was it the water? Flukes?
Beautiful! This falls into the less is more category. Great job!
thanks guys. exreefer, I really don't know. I added a small power head to increase the surface aggitation but it did'nt make a difference. one day they just stopped, although I lowered the temp from 84 to 83. the festivum's are still doing it. I was sure it was'nt flukes, and I did'nt want to start dumping meds unless I knew what it was. glad I did'nt.
Wow, what a beautiful setup you have given your wilds. Really nice.
These guys look like Rio Nanay greens, they all can vary a little. They keep changing and getting nicer the longer you have them. It is amazing how the bars darken for different reasons, like pecking order, feeding or the darn camera flash.
Thanks for posting the update, great pics.
Bill
wow! very nice indeed
Very Nice!!!
Nice update. Im glad they are doing good for you Dee.
They will only keep getting nicer and nicer with time.
Thanks,
John
Looking sweet!!! Keep up the good work.
Yes. I am going to model my tank after yours when I decide to get wilds. I could look at that tank all day.
