Spoke with Mal the other day about his freeze dried black worms, and l was keen to try it on my new juvinille discus.
The fish have only been in the tank a little more than a day, but when l put some of the sample Mal sent me in there, they were all over it like a rash!
Yes it does float on the surface for awhile, but the fish were that keen to come pick it off.

I find soaking them in a plastic or styro cup filled with tank water for 5-10 min gets them sinking so those shy-picky eater get thier fair share as well.
Some of us refer them as Viagra Worms.

The menu is very large
Apart from the Freeze Dried Black worms, they are getting Frozen Blood worms, Frozen Brine shrimp, Frozen Discus Delux, Tetra Colour Granules.
On Occasion they will get live brine shrimp, and black worms, and l also want to try out the Sera discus granules.
But so far their absolute favorite is the Freeze Dried Black Worms.....They're eating better than l am

These worms rock. I have been using them for about 8 months. I just realised how low I was on worms man. Need some worms. Other than that at moment NLS Discus & Thera A. I have been slack lately need to get some frozen food Mysis and Brineshrimp. Beef heart some frozen aussie brand. Flake different kinds. earthworms. I need to make my own food mix pronto.
I have fed my discus so many different foods it would take a while to write it down. Allways looking for Discus food.
