Hello all looking for, blue, green or solid red strains of discus in PA, NY, NJ, MD, DE. Looking for fry so I can grow them myself and this local area would also lower shipping charges because I can get them next day and not pay the expensive next day air shipping or freight charges by ups/fedex.

He is looking for frys. Don't think Hans sell frys (maybe only the ones that are still attached to proven pairs that he sell).

correctt, only looking for fry, if i wanted Hans, I could go to "That Fish Place" they carry his discus, granted he has great discus just not what i'm looking for, so I am not degrading his business

Please buy discus from anywhere but "That Fish Place". I believe they do carry Hans but you know once it's out of his hands, anything goes.

WOW your the first I have heard say that. I have stocked my whole 29 gal and partt of my 20 gal with fish from there. I find them better then Fosters and Smith with pricing and shipping. I never had a problem wiith customer service or their arrival gaurantee.

Glad to hear that you are having good experience with them. Maybe they have different stock for shipped fish but I've been shopping at That Pet Place at the store (Used to be That Fish Place) since the mid-late 80's. Even got discus from them back then (when there wasn't much choices). Given the many choices available today, there are much better source. I still stop there for supplies, just not livestock.
