any german discus for sale?

Matt..you're not going to find anything yellow in a German strain. I'm pretty sure A. Piwowowski has a spotted(leopard)strain, tho never saw it in the States...Bill

The only size your going to get for $20 is very small, and will not be the Discus you want.
Anything German Bred........Sir Hans Discus is the man.

As far as German spotted strains go I have some Red Dot Snakeskins from A. Piwowowski. The bad news is that it will be about 12 months before I have any available for sale since they are still about 3-4 inch size and about 9 months at least from their first spawn.

oh... warlock: i have no discus yet. i was posting before chirstmas so i know where and who to buy them from. but ya. so whats the best looking german discus? and what is the difference between german and asian? someone told me german are more sturdy and asian discus can carry diseases that kill other fish, is that true? thanks

As for who to buy from: The simple answer is to check the sponsor section...all reputable sources for quality Discus.
The answer to your last question is that you got the wrong answer from that somebody.
The right answer is the same as my first. Quality German, Quality Asian.
