The hanging manzanita came from www.manzanita.com . The Malaysian wood lying on the tank floor came from assorted pieces collected over the years, and found in my garage.

You generally have to get them in the fall, (spring in Brazil) during the collecting season. Around Sept., Oct., we will start seeing some of the Simply Sponsors offering them for sale.
