hi discus people. i had a question for you people. does anyone own a altum carnation discus? if you do please post pics or email me at mattsoccer20@gmail.com the reason is that i want to see is that i am looking at some to buy and i want to see how much blue and red they get when the get older. so please post or email me if you do. you can check these...they are the altum carnations Ricky had for the competitions, I don't think many can raise them to this size, but the red/blue portion should be at least similar to the fish he sells.

I Have a Couple but please note the stress bars don't show all the time and they're still young about 4" now.

ya i know mike has them, im trying to decide on my forth discus i want to buy off him, leopard or altum carantion. i am already going to buy a blue diamond, a red melon, and a yellow sunrise, and i want to buy one more that is cool that is like multi colored or really cool and i cant deside between those two.

Are you getting a small leopard or an adult? Makes a big difference for the color at this time. If you go to pick up, you'll really be undecided because they look so much better in the tank than in the pictures...lol
