    I use paprika as well and I find it to be just as effective as the naturose. Maybee a little spirulina for the blues.

    Sorry Pat, I use the astaxanthin tried both and seem to get better results out of the astaxanthin.

    I've been using NatuRose (astaxanthin) from BrineshrimpDirect for many years now with good results. Let us know how the paprika works as I'd switch if I knew it worked jus as well. I wonder if anyone has done a side by side with paprika vs astaxanthin?
