So I'm quite curious on what is going to happen with all the orders he was willing to replace. I contacted Dale about a month ago with pictures of my distorted fry, he said he would replace them? Alright I then contacted Ken Hill he said he would hold them for me till I was ready, well I contacted him again 2 weeks ago saying I was ready to receive my replacments. Okay he told me that a friend of his passed away and he'd get them out to me this past week, I haven't heard from him or seen any replacements. So does anyone here know what's going on? Jim in Ohio

Jim, I would suggest contacting Kenny again. Deaths are no fun especially if you are chose to the one who passed.

Mr Vern Archer is not going to spread rumors, so contacting him just to find out what's up with Dale would not be fair to him.
It's best you wait to hear back from Kenny as Pat mentioned. His word/reputation should be enough to go on.

With all due respect to anyone who's lost someone close, it can be tough. However, when you're running a business or owe somebody some goods or money you need to man up and keep your obligations. I've seen an awful lot of rip offs and people trying to excuse their shady deals because "my grandmother (or fill in the relative) died. Then of course you never hear from them again. Just my 2 cents.

Jim, I did not feel you were being disrespectful either and jeepdad (love that username) has a valid point also. If a reasonable amount of time passes and you have make a reasonable attempt to contact with no word then take it to the next level.

Last couple weeks have been rough with not only a friend passing away but others as well but obviously that is not the point here.
