Surf and Turf order

I ordered 10 lbs of surf and turf Beef Heart/Seafood Mix. Received it express shipping Thursday in great condition
My discus love the stuff, I think its reasonable and I can't make it this good, so I buy it from Al. All kinds of additives, I think its different every time and the fish devour it.
Generally buy some in the spring before the summer heat, then I have enough in the freezer for quite some time
