Pat, probably not, but at my age, I think it's my last hoorah for fish stuff...The 120 feet of 'L' will be an outside entry,so with that and all the water processing gear, it will be all used up for support stuff. That leaves 320 sq. ft. for fish..That appalachian american looking heat vent will go away (I already removed the heater) and a wall mount will install in it's place to heat the room....

I'm having some delays in this little gig..Wife's had to go west to deal with some health issues of her aging mom, so..I'm babysittin' the grandson, which doesn't let me run around to locate the equipment for the concrete pour. I have pieced together the future water recycling components. No photo's till the room's underway, but basically, 275 gallon holding/settling tote, leading to a shallow well pump with air tank..this pressurizes a double charcoal filter, which then leads to a 160gpd RO....WC water is pumped into tank by transfer pump, and then it's all reprocessed back to the RO product water tote...Thests are underway; so far, so good....

I need to pin down the only guy with a concrete pump to see if I can make his to do list before freeze-up..The bobcat rental and concrete truck all revolve around his ability to do it or not..I'm gettin' too old to be pushin' a Georgia Buggy, and by the photo, this part of my lot isn't reachable by the 20' chute on the truck. On another tack, although a month too early, I have a line on a 900 gal. built in..pretty spendy even used, but maybe cheaper than a 1000 gallon built by me. I'm going to try and go give it a look next week, if it isn't sold yet.(how many people have the room and ability to move a 900g tank? face is 1 1/2" acrylic)

Is the 900 for the fishroom too? What an awesome tank that would be. For the rays I bet

If I managed to afford it, the fishroom would be the place..Probably all wild stock; Discus, Stingray's, Altums,etc...try for a riparium look; add my orchids,bromiliads,etc..It has three six inch dia. hole in the bottom; could be tough to deal with...Only the front is acrylic, back and sides are fiberglass....

There'll be photo's when there's something to see that's different!...Just got a quote I can live with on the pump (no choice!)..It'll be a go as soon as I find a few strong backs to screed the mix!....I love new concrete when it's curing, but I sure hate getting it to there....Now, to order up some #4 rebar, and see about the bobcat rental....

With outside influences in life slowing me down, today I'll actually make a little headway..Got 12 yards of gravel delivered yesterday, picking up a rental Bobcat this morning, and by tomorrow night, things should finally look 'different' in the area of the fishroom build...On a down note, cold front from Canada, so high's only 40 tomorrow...hard freeze tonight....

Nice Gary can't wait to see some progression and yes... I'm in Louisiana and the lows are going to be around 44... Not bad, but for this time of the year and my location its going to be great.
