Wish you the best!
I think most of you know that I got injured right after Hurricane Irene hit us Aug 28. My left arm is damaged and I will be having surgery on it day before Thanksgiving, Nov. 23. It may be a quick and easy repair or might need a larger incision and more work. Damaged tendons and other stuff. So, I don't know how long I may be unable to make pottery.
But I am going to make a batch of cones for orders I have now, mostly using my one good hand and arm. After this group of cones and caves is made it may be awhile until I can make more. So, if any of you are thinking of placing an order, now is the time, and you will have your pottery in the next 2-3 weeks. Just send me a pm if interested. Thank you all!

Hi Barb,
I wish you a quick and full recovery. I wish I could order more of your wonderful cones!
Best,
Hey Barb, I was afraid of this. My riding instructor took a fall off her horse and tore tendons in her shoulder. She could not lift her arm up or out to the side. Good news is it is quite fixable but takes time to heal. My thoughts and prayers are with you for a uneventful surgery and quick healing time. Take care and will be thinking of ya.

Your discus are talking to you....are you listening
Thank you to all who have written me such kind remarks! I really appreciate your thinking of me. It will be a long 3 weeks while I wait for my turn under the surgeon's knife (a little Halloween dry humor here). Larry I will get your cones made for you soon. I sure am glad it is my left arm that's hurt, if it was the right then I could do very little these days. Thanks so much!
Barb
Best wishes Barb. Hope you have an easy recovery. I had surgery myself on Christmas Eve in 1999 to repair my right elbow I shattered into 28 pieces. It now has bolts, pins, and wires instead of bone. I can relate.
