You can use Paint from Windows to change resolution/size or you can upload it thru photobucket..... then click on a SQUARE/image icon next to the GLOBAL with red "X" icon, then put photobucket link there. it will look like this
    Code:
    [ IMG]http://SiteName.com/PictureName.gif[/IMG]
delete spaces between [ and IMG

You can also register a free account at places like Photobucket.com and upload your pictures there. It will automatically resize them for you, and then you can just paste the image link here.

google has this cool free program called picnik. http://www.picnik.com/
upload your picture, edit it, resize it, then when you're ready, go to the save and share tab. Under the "JPG Compression Quality" toolbar, you can change the file size of the high def pictures. If you play around with it a bit, you'll see that a small file size can still look nice on a descent sized web picture. (no more than 600px wide)
