Ken's flakes are good bulk food on a budget but there is not really that much beefheart in it. Inland Empire's Super Beef Heart Flake is a really good growth food.

I can't say much, though, about its nutricional value.

In the ingredient list beef hart is number 12. That should tell how much BH it has.

I like Kens for the food sticks, but prefer Bill at Inland for premium flakes.
