Well despite the down real estate Market , land here at Simplydiscus is still moving at a solid healthy pace....I have to believe that its because the intelligent buyer out there recognizes a great deal on prime real estate in a very desirable neighborhood such as you would find here... We've got a zero crime rate, our homestead draws its cyber water from deep clean and spam free wells...and the neighbors are just top notch...they have no problem sharing bandwidth with you.

So I am not surprised at all that our Newest tenant here...Josie, found the place hard to resist. Please welcome her to the neighborhood everyone....She is really looking forward to making this place her home.

I figured out what the problem is, I'm not home and I'm using my iPad and can't do it from the iPad go figure. Hey did you hear that Jeffs not coming on Monday because he has a personal thing going on. He's just not having a good month poor guy.
