Yes, spinach is great in a beef heart or sea food mix. Have used shrimp as a binder to make sea food mix and also grated it and fed it alone.

- how do i grind b/h to make fry eat it in age of 3 weeks ?
- i have pair male snow white and female red map and have 4 adult red melon (10 months old ) what's the best mix components i can add to keep colours bright and well growth ?
