    Hello friends.

I've used befe heart for my discus, they accept as well.

But then I was testing other foods and today I use a diet that I consider healthy.

I mix Fresh shrimp, seafood shells, salmon, sea urchin eggs, fish eggs.

Nori seaweed, spiruline powder , mushroom powder, acerola powder, garlic powder,

    Garlic Oil, Fish Oil

    spinach, fresh parsley , carrot...

all this in flake blended and granulated any brand.

I wish I could get my hands on some acerola powder her in the states! I haven't seen that stuff since I lived in Brazil in the late 90's...

Do you know of anyone that can ship it up here?
