I'm going to give these two 3 or 4 more months to grow out but I think this will be a nice looking pair. I do have another super checkerboard that I think is a male I might try and pair her off with but not sure yet.

Yes they do. They only just hit the 5" mark. I'm not in a hurry going to give them at least another 3-4 months maybe more before I seperate them out.

This pair is doing much better than the last pairing. Last pair ate the eggs about 15 min after laying and fertilizing two times. This female slapped the male away when he tried eating them and now they are taking turns fanning.

where did you get the super checkerboard discus from? Its very nice
