    Default Scared Discus??

    I have 4 discus and they seem to huddle in one corner in my tank, by where the some filter pumps and wires are at. they are eating and do swim around just not alot, when i approach the tank they always seem to swim fast to get away from me. My question is how do i get them not to be afarid of me?? any suggestions?? I have a bare tank i was thjinking about putting in some plantss(fake) and decorations, not sure what i need to do, please help!!

    Let me guess, you got them recently!? if so they need time to adjust and get used to you. if they are not new to the tank you need to fill Disease questionair so people can help you with full understanding of the situation

    Discus is a schooling fish and likes to be in groups of six or more to be comfortable.

    I have the lights out now and they are swimming around just fine!

    yes, when it is darker they feel more secure, until they get used to the tank and you
