Wow! It's gorgeous! You really have a way with the gardening too. I love the planting. That maple is beautiful too. I hope you get to enjoy it often. I am glad that Thor approves. He must be tired after all that hard work.

The pond looks great! Especially with those beautiful bushes behind and your happy dog.

Thanks guys.It all started with one little kidney bean pond from menards. When I found some that had spill ways, thats how I expanded.Almost every rock was pick up off a job site. Its under four large trees,so a lot of it was "F-this,I ain't digging any further, roll in the rocks and back-fill in the dirt."The tree roots were a big problem.Even with the expasion I quit alot saying I was done, and the next weekend, instead of trimming off the liner,I dug the shallow end a little more.

Honestly my gardining is either plant a bunch of stuff and see what lives,or like this latest project, split the old hosta's because they're free and hope they live.

Bill, you did a darn nice job with your pond. I get to live my pond dream through others, cause my wife freaks out at the sight of a frog. We all know that if you have a pond, the frogs will find it.

    We've been dry and had to water the pond,and Thor hasn't made an apperance lately.m_picture 28 018.jpgm_picture 28 014.jpgm_picture 28 011.jpgm_picture 28 004.jpgm_picture 28 008.jpgTo think he used to be afraid of water,tho I have'nt tried to give him a bath recently.

That is one happy dog!! Puts a smile on my face. I am sure that as far as he's concerned, that was his bath!

We had a couple dogs that would come bite at the water coming out of the nozzle on a hose. Halarious to watch! Oh and the pond looks great Bill!
