Eggs are still there, about three have fungused over. The male rearely lets the female get near, he is working hard at fanning and clearnig. They both block the view when most humans get near. They usually let me look, I gues the FOOD LADY is OK LOL.

Thanks Trish! I don't think this spawn is going to be successful, I think.maybe the eggs are infertile. Many are missing and the female keeps trying to get to the eggs and the male does his best to stop her, driving her to the other corner of the tank. I love watching spawning behavior, even if its for naught! They have a proper cone now though!

sorry to hear about your infertility. Hans had to take mine off eggs they laid the night before shipping lol. so my possibly 1st spawn day is saturday! hope for fertility the next time around for ya!
