Default PURE AQUARIUM bacteria is here.

I know have access to an awesome new product for starting and maintaining a crystal clear aquarium. This new product is selling like crazy in Europe and I have been using the pond version for awhile now. This stuff is incredible you can start up a new tank and fill it with fish within 24 hours and not loose a single fish. I have done this multiple times the largest tank I have done was a 125 gallon and I added 40 discus to it within 24 hours of setting it up. Never had a big cycle and the water was always crystal clear. I have limited amounts available right now with more available within a week. I am offering this product for $25 shipping included to anywhere in the the US. Please contact me for shipping quote if outside the US.
I am offering this product at wholesale pricing for anyone wanting to get quantity Quantity of 10 containers would be $160 shipped.
I have attached some pictures of the product. If you have any questions please let me know. If I do this right you can get all the info off of the pictures I think.

More Pictures. As you can see the balls are clear and when you put them into the tank or filter they disappear though it takes them about a week or so to dissolve.

Hello Bill. Very Interesting Product. On your 125 gallon that you added the 40 discus to, how many of these Pure Aquarium balls did you use ? Trying to do the math and decide if this product will work for me.

    Thanks,

    Bob

I used a handful of the pond version which is black not sure how many that was exactly. The aquarium version is larger and clear. There are about 50 balls per container on the aquarium version. They say to add 5-10 balls for new setups per 26 gallons. To maintain it is 4-8 balls per week. A better option for you may be the pond version as long as you have a filter to put it in. The pond version does not break down as fast.
I recently added them to an eighty gallon tank and I added maybe 25 of the pond ones. I then added about 18 fish to the tank and the tank is crystal clear with none of the fish showing any signs of stress. I do a 75% water change on this tank every 3rd day right now and it gets fed frozen beef heart, tetra bits, and flake about 3 times per day. The nice thing about the aquarium balls is that they are clear and disappear as soon as you add them to the tank so you do not see an ugly ball floating around and the fish do not try to eat it since they can not see it. If you want give me a call sometime next week I should be around we can talk about wholesale pricing also since the supplier wants me to be a distributer for them.

Yes Eddie I think it is very promising. I just put up an 80 gallon with a sponge filter all brand new and put 24 fish and 20 of them are the hard to get San Merahs that I recently picked up. I then stuck in 30 of these ball in the tank. I have fed very heavy over the last 24 hours and I am ready to do a water change but could probably wait till tomorrow as the water is only slightly cloudy and the fish are acting as though nothing is wrong. They are not breathing heavy or acting stressed at all. From what I can tell most of the bio balls are gone so I will most likely put another 10-15 balls in there tonight with the water change and will track its progress. I know with the pond version that it usually took two doses for the filter to get cycled so we will see how fast this one works. Will update in this thread and try to add some pics over the next couple of days.

The bottle that I have in front of me says best before Feb. 2014 so shelf live should be about 2 years.

I am either very crazy or I have faith in this product. I prefer to think of it as the latter. The fish as of 24 hours later are not breathing heavy or acting stressed at all, so I would say good sign. Bill I need at least a couple. I was thinking the pond ones would be better to start new tanks with as I do daily water changes. They would however be floating in the tank with a high air output. I dont mind the color. Do you think the pond ones would work for me?

Fascinating, I might have to try some of these. I wonder how effective they would be in jump starting a fishless cycle. for instance setup about a dozen or so sponge filters in a 55 gallon tank, throw some balls in and then feed the sponges with ammonia for about a week. then viola, clean cycled sponges.

I would like to try these. I've been having cloudy water issues and can't find the reason. How do I order them?
