NADA 2012 Great Show

Skip the problem is that discus are a fairly narrow interest. It is very hard to find new and exciting speakers for the show. If it was done every year it would be even harder. Every year would mean we would have an ok show …every 2 years mean we have a GREAT show. Personally I prefer 1 GREAT show every other year to an ok show every year.

john... not really thinking full blown show.. with speakers.. maybe just bring fish in to judge.. can't be judge if you have never judged before..

Skip what you need to do is to get everyone to show discus in the upcoming TCA show and I will gladly do another training class. It is just hard to do unless you have a lot of fish. We can talk about it and get something figured out.

For those of you who weren't there from the beginning on Thursday or couldn't make it here are a few pictures of everybody busting their butts.

thanks for posting these photos - really puts things in perspective! I got there Friday afternoon.......I knew everyone worked hard to set this up but WOW (!), it is impressive.

The reason I enjoy these conventions is I get to meet soooo many people with the same interests. I find it fascinating that there so many other people as crazy as I am. No other place like it !!!

Great pics Rich. Although I am well aware what goes into setting the whole area up it lets others know how much work is involved. It was good getting to hang with you again and I will be intouch when we make our next rip out to see Hans.
