Live black worms & they'll love you 4ever!! lol lol (even freezedried) "T"
My first time with discus, I have 10 2.5" white butterflys, feeding them three times a day, and want to be sure they are getting all they need.
I've been giving them PE mysis or bloodworms once, then some Ocean Nutrition Brine Shrimp flakes, and then NLS thera A pellets. They have seem to adapted to flakes and pellets within the first two days of me getting them, like I said, just want to make sure that they are getting everything they need. Is there anything they might be lacking from this diet?

Besides all the above...you will also need to do many-many water-changes. Food is very important but water quality tops the chart. 50% daily would be recommended...the more the merrier.
Good luck with the addiction.
