I would like info on beefheart recipes?

I have been wanting to make my own beefheart recipe, the frozen stuff seems.......quite watery. I have read several posts on this, but noone has mentioned chicken livers. I know an old hobbyist, raised discus for many years. He added chicken or beef liver to his mix.

search BH recipes any u read subsitute livers for BH or mix both.u could probably use carols BH method for the livers to but im not sure how it would hold up.hth

its only 8% protein.. not a big fan of that..

u gotta remove water to get actual protein

Crude Protein Min 8.1%
Crude Fat Min 0.7%
Crude Fiber Max 0.0%
Moisture Max 88.8%

100%-88%=12% of that 12 % the actual food 8% is protein so now ur looking at 66% protein.works the same with all frozen foods.
