Thanks guys Martha did a great job with these. Too early to tell how Red Pidgeons will do. I lost a few today between morning and after work feedings.

Here is the first video of the M. Morris Red Turquoise. Very happy with these. They are in straight tap. My city water Parameters are pH 7.8, 200 ppm total disolved solids. I am feeding only beefheart so far and will also be fed a seafood mix and Al's Freeze Dried Blackworms. Water changes 75% 1st one today. Hope to find time to do them daily.

These guys are in a 29 gallon. There are about thirty the best I can count no more than 34.

I am using a little advice from Dale Jordan who claims the fish will grow faster in smaller tanks because he claims they can't use up as much energy as they would swimming in a big tank.

I am doing at least 90% water changes daily and I have pure pond and pure aquarium in the tanks. I also am using a typical quarantine measure on these new arrivals with a metro/copper treatment, to be followed by a prazi treatment and then one more metro treatment. Here is a video from Saturday, September 8th.

Here they are eating homemade beef heart mix. I am nearly completed with the quarantine measures, mentioned earlier, Metro, Prazi, Copper treatment. One fish of the did die a couple days ago, turned dark and bit the dust. The final eight will be picked this weekend as they will be two months old.
