These are the one's I use they post to the US as well. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bio-Sponge...ht_3703wt_1271
I received this filter today after waiting weeks for its arrival from Hong Kong http://www.ebay.com/itm/110845630323...84.m1439.l2649
This is an incredibly accurate reproduction of the now discontinued Tetra Double Brilliant air powered filter. Where the German had a green plastic, this has a black plastic. All the rest is as I remember them.
I loved these when I was breeding discus in Westford, MA years ago. Two of these in a breeder tank with the output set above the water level and you're good to go.
My only concern with this filter is the chemical smell in the foam. I believe I will rinse these in fresh water for a couple of days to be on the safe side.
Cost? Under five bucks shipped. And they don't take up space on the tank bottom which makes cleaning a heck of a lot easier!!
If I was going to be breeding fish again, I'd get 30 of these!

I had some 0f these. They are not the same quality as Tetra billi filters. The components do not fit well and often come apart in the tank. I gave up using those. I still have about 20 Tetra billi's in service. These are about 25 years old and all the components fit well even now. Just have to replace the sponges every few years.
The one I got is well made and all parts fit tightly.
I did notice scanning the many similar ads that one model has one suction cup and others have two.
We just installed it in the aquarioum and it is working good.
