    Default I have eggs...

    Woke up today with eggs hopefully they will be fertile. Wish me luck

    They don't talk much about determining whether they are fertile or not. Also the reading I have found say it varies so clear as mud there

    Fertile eggs should turn a darker colour after about 24 to 36 hours.If you look closely you will see a dark spot(size of a pinhead or smaller),Eggs that turn from translucent to opaque within the first 24hrs. are generally infertile.Fertilized eggs should hatch in 3 days then around 2 more days to free swim.
