And we are always being told not to use salt containing iodine. Now this????
When you Google Acriflavine , API FUNGUS CURE pops up as they share this as a main ingredient.
It seems to be some form of topical antiseptic.
While I don't think it will harm the fish if one cycle is done, I don't like to medicate without having a better grip on the problem.
Lynx... Give us an update when you can

This is the first I've seen such a statement, good to know.
And I try to err on the side of caution when unsure.
Anywho... I use bulk salt that doesn't have it anyway... But it's good to know in a pinch.
Hi everyone, I'm very sorry I went silent for a while, out of a sudden I got really sick myself.
I'm so thankful for everyone who posted in this thread, thank you all so much for caring. <3
The link I posted was not to the medication itself, just the site of the manufacturer. I've been trying to do some research and atm I'm 90% sure these tablets are nothing but Rivanol. Will never use them again as advised though.
The 3 remaining fish are looking good and eating a lot. Which makes me super happy. I also bought some new fish yesterday. They're in the QT tank atm and I will do my best to QT them properly this time.
I hope I can ask you guys for help in the future if I need it. ^.^"
Love and gratitude to you all. I will make sure to donate some money to this site when I get my next paycheck.

Glad all is better Lynx and we are always here for you.

Your discus are talking to you....are you listening
Thank you a lot Pat, it truly means a lot. ♥
If anyone is interested, I found out what killed my fish. I've been feeding my fish live Enchytraeidae from my own hatchery. Today I decided to check them under my microscope and I found nematodes...
I was being so damn stupid.
