Default Do you HAVE to feed your discus live food?

I've heard that it is better to feed discus live food but the thought of wiggly worms grosses me out/makes me squirmy. Can they be happy with a variety of frozen & freeze-dried food or do I have to get over my worm phobia?

Discus love live worms and such, but it's not nessesary. They will do fine on frozen and dry foods.

    I agree with Doug.
you can give them a good diet with frozen foods, pellets,....
I use tetra bits, beefheart, and frozen hikari blood worms (other than my wiggler worms) they also like mysis shrimp ( I don't have any at the moment)
