i am sorry i have no time to take photos of the parents of yellow discus. that same idea picture of my breeding pair sunrise yellow as DavidH Dad has few white strips on fore head and few red spots . Mon has white spot and line pattern about 30 to 30 percent.
I hope I have picture of my dad in my email, I will find it and post here.

Have seen some photos on Internet of discus that are solid yellow and adults but i have never succeed to keep any yellow that stay yellow... all mine, when it get older they turn orange, even with strict diet... never tried carophyll yellow do...
i have had/have
Yellow Cristal, millennium gold, yellow diamond, and Golden albino
All turned orange for me do...except the GA of course, I wish that i will see a adult solid yellow with out any carophyll yellow in there diet, in IRL, that day i will be a believer as well

Keep them yellow naturally. You need to research the current foods you have. Separate them so only your other fish get them from now on.
Otherwise yes, you will end up with orange fish.
