Fantastic Bill and the photography is something else! Your fish have the best pattern of all the fish! Keep up the great work my friend!
Take care,

Well here are my Albino Golden x Spotted cross contest discus at 14 weeks in our home.
They have remained healthy and have continuously been eating vigorously at every meal.
Was a late night for me last night so didn't do very well with the pictures this week.
I feel sad and a little guilty making this weekly post knowing all the trouble or friend Marvin is having
with his water and discus. If it were not for the agreement to do weekly posts I would skip this one.
The water parameters have stayed the same, 65 microseimens, 30 parts per million, ph 6.5 with 0 nitrites and 0 ammonia.
The nitrates remain about 5 ppm with 75% daily water changes. All sides, bottom of tank, air lines and any surfaces in the tank are wiped down every other day.
I am still feeding beefheart/shrimp mix twice per day and flake two to three times with pellets once at midday during their water change.
I use only beefheart and shrimp in my mix now at a ratio of 25% shrimp 75% beefheart by weight.
I'm on the last package of the mix so will have to make more today or tomorrow.
I feel fortunate to have these guys staying healthy and growing to their maximum
potential. We had a good start with very nice quality discus and their shape and
good breeding is really starting to show as they get bigger.
Have these guys in a 80 gallon for the remainder of the growout.
I like the way the Albino's stand out against the new black background.
Will try to do better next week post and pictures.
Bill
Here is a tank shot at 14 weeks, 80 gallon, bare bottom, 2 large sponge filters
and hang on back filter.
