Wiring a Ballast???

Hey Guys,

Got a small problem that hopefully someone can help me with.
I have a light which needs a new ballast so i have bought a new ballast
but the re-wiring is giving me some dramas.
Basically the light has 4 ballasts, each running 2 tubes
All 4 ballasts are wired together and running off one earth.
2 red wires in one side
and then the wires running off the starters in the other side, 4 black and 4 white, simple huh.

The new ballast i have has six spots for the wires but i have 8 wires for the starters,
I managed to wire my car but not sure about this

So red wires in left side and no need to earth because once wired they are linked and already earthed

right side just not sure, the starters have 2 wires of the same color coming out of them,
can they be joined to make one wire coming from the starter,
as you can tell not really sure so any help would be fantastic!!!
