    Default Overflow on glass tank

Is there a way to rig up an overflow on a glass tank without cutting or drill the tank?

    Thanks!

If the tank is not set up already, drilling is not that hard. I've drilled several tanks without incident using the steel hole saw and grit from aquatic eco.

Also, the right tools will cost you about the same as one or two of those overflows.

    Hi Steve,

If the external overflow from Drs. F&S interests you in Vince's reply above, I have one that came with my Eshopps WD-300CS Wet/Dry Sump new that I don't intend to use given my tank was predrilled.

    PM me if interested.

Lifereef's prefilter boxes are the bomb. They're also priced like it.

I built mine similar to this:

There are dozens of designs on the net, even on this site.

Thanks a lot! I'm a big fan of diy but it looks like they're pretty cheap.

    David, PM sent.
