Chiming in on this thread really late, but I didn't realize you had lost so much weight until I read your post on Evelyn's thread. Wow 78 lbs is major! I'm 200 now but the doc says I need to lose 10 - 15 (for my height). I admire you having the fortitude to stick with it. (I'm clapping) Great job! I'm starting back on the bicycle today to see if I can burn this off by September.

Congrats, Skip. I also enjoy cycling I broke out my bike that I bought in N.C. 20 years ago. I still can not figure the pics out yet. Waiting for my kids help.

I got when I about 20, when i was in the Marine Corps. It is a Fuji Arcadia. I try ride it every morning. Before my daily water changes.
