That's right - a very productive pair, I might add!

Absolutely beautiful Martha and Kraig. Now that the parents are known to all it will be interesting to see how the fry progress in relation to the size, shape and coloration of the parents.

Nothing much has changed here. I just wish I had more time to devote to these guys as I feel their growth rate is much slower then it should be.

How do these eight compare to the others? Just be curious to see if spitting to eight inhibits growth?

    They are looking great!!!!

Hey Kraig if you do not like these babies I'll fire up the old Cobra and come down and take them off your hands Sunday. They look great to me.

The rest of the batch have been in a 29 gallon and have not grown nearly as much. I just split this batch up today as 30 in a 29 is just way too many.

Couple of weeks ago I had a sponge filter in two tanks die off. The next day one dead fish and then a few with fin erosion. They seem to be fine now. So we now have six. Sorry for the news Martha.

You don't need more than six, and fins grow back. They look great.
