lol These guys are harder to photograph than I'd thought. They have paired up already. Tristan said that the Big Boy pictured here with his wife had already spawned in his tank. I'll try again later for a pic of the other pair.

    Hi Liz,
Am I seeing the colors correctly? They look to have pattern similar to GBR, but more blue. Nice.

Mine look like that under my lighting but I've seen pics where they show more read. One thing everyone agrees on at that the Dutch ones are more colorful than the German type. I'll post more pics tomorrow.

Here's the other pair plus a box he shipped them in. I want shipping boxes like that! He gets them from this place but said that they only sell in bulk. http://www.robin2.com/custom-fabrica...-industry.html

They look so small in that in a 60 gallon wide tank. That's the size the breeder said was best of the sizes I have.

I've been watching them and I have a feeling that they would be better off in my 75 and I need more hiding places. These little guys like to fight. They need a long tank rather than a wide tank. Swimming room is better for these guys. Or perhaps I should move my most obviously dominate male and his chosen lady to a tank of their own. I'm going to consult the breeder and see what he suggests.

Always loved this species and you have some great looking fish! What’s the approximate TL on them?
