Little? He looks like a brusier to me! Hahah... Is he smaller than he should be?

Does he say much? They are one of the most intelligent birds and better speakers correct?

Phil, he is the smaller of the African Greys and definitely different then the Amazon parrots. He doesn't talk as more as my Yellow Nape but has a more varied noises...more original if you will.

He doesn't Ricardo. My daughter named him. He was suppose to be her bird but they didn't hit it off. Marco prefers Tom which most likely mean that Marco is a Marca

Al, as far as I am concerned your little camera is as fully capability of taking very nice pictures as my Nikon. It is easy to use, has all the basic controls you could want. I did not try it in auto mode (and perhaps should have) but got some pretty good pictures with what I did. I think it is perfect for this "Camera Journey" and look forward to hearing how others get along with it.

These pictures were taken using the speedlight.

I lowered the ISO on this one a bit.

Great James! Tell you what.... you should consider trying the camera too. It would be really cool if all our Sponsors did. Kills two birds with one pic. The project gets another data point and we get to see more discus pics.

Pat you're getting some great pics with the camera.

I was interested in this when I first saw the thread, but no that I see it is using an old asahi lens I am more interested! I shoot with a Panasonic GH2, but have two adapters, one for old Canon FD lenses, and the other for the old Pentax M43 lenses. One of my favorite lenses is a nearly 60 year old Asahi (pentax) 200mm lens with clickless aperture. It produces some of the most beautiful colors ever, and is very sharp. Anyways, If I can be added to the list it would be great, but I am in Japan, so it will be a bit pricey to ship, maybe if it gets to alaska first, it would be a bit less pricey
