Congrats Tina!!!!
Well, in February, one of my dominant males and the very first discus I got, Sampson, had a bad reaction to Seachem Excel and I nearly lost him . He wouldn't eat and looked like heck. Here's some of the posts I had on him:

Well, after long months of treatment and coddling, this month he started eating and regaining his strength and vigor. Finally I saw that he was getting most of his apatite back so I put him back with the other discus (about a month ago though I did put a smaller discus in with him to try to get him to catch up with it's siblings since I thought it was probably too much compatition that it was smaller and I think the company also did Sampson good too).
Well, this weekend Sampson and the little guy went back into the big tank out of quarantine! Of course Sampson being Sampson, started throughing his weight around and is alpha fish again and his stress bars are gone! The little guy that I thought I may have to cull because he may be a runt has almost caught up with it's sibbling . I'm so happy and *knock on wood* thought I would have to cull both fish!
I want to thank you guys for helping me along with this. Andrew, I tried your vitamin B, I also had him on Metro about 3 weeks ago and I forget what else, mostly watching and waiting for him to recover. I think if he wasn't such a strong willed fish he might not have made it.
