I used to order from big als but they are no longer selling in the states .. any suggestions is appreciated.. also if its a problem mentioning non sponsors please send me the info thru...

it's been a month since i have had my new discus, all is fine. two questions for those that have been keeping discus for awhile with success. firstly with sponge filters with fine pores, do i vigorously squeeze them until water is clear, or does that expel the beneficial bacteria? my other filter is...Today, 05:20 PM

After a busy week, I have nothing pressing to do today. I'm enjoying it.
