1. Please explain the problems with your fish/when and how they started:
Out no where it just star getting swelling.

2. Symptoms (i.e. turning dark, excess slime, not eating, clamped fins, flashing, darting, clamped gills, white/yellow/green poop, hiding, headstanding or tailstanding, white on tips of fins, rotting or fungus, blisters/ white zits on fish, bloated, cloudy eyes, wounds):

Swelling and not eating since I notice it.

3. What medications/ treatments that you have already tried and results. Include dosages and duration of treatment:

Furan-2 with no positive results.

4. Tank size and age, number and size of fish:
It was on a 125g with 10 more fish only discus from 5 to 7 inches in size and the tank is 6 moths old

5. Water change regime/ how long has tank been running/ bare bottom or gravel/ do you age your water?

90% WC twice a week; runing for 6 months; gravel with ecocomplete under it; and I do age my water.

6 Parameters and water source;

- temp _86_

- ph ____7.8_

- ammonia reading ___0_

- nitrite reading ____0

- nitrate reading ____0

- well water _no

- municipal water _yes

7. Any new fish/plants added recently

What do you mean by swelling, where is it?

If it is bloated (stomach is swollen) and fish is constipated you can add Epsom salt. It will help with bloating.

poco has hit my suggestion... maybe a cosntipated fishy. What do you feed them?

I feed FDBB from Al's and sometimes tetrabits, here is a picture:
Btw since I notice it I move him into a 10g hospital tank!

It is very common, most pharmacies will have it even so e grocery store will have them Walmart etc.

Did you see any difference in the eyes as well? Popping out a bit?

Also try to get a hold of some Kanamycin.
