tank size?

Hi, I was wondering what size tanks you guys use for breeding. I have a few 60s but theres no way to divide the tank so that the fry doesnt go to the other side and get eaten. I was thinking 29 gallons but that means I have to buy new racks and it'll take up a lot space in my garage. 20 gals are actually perfect from a space perspective since I have a 48" 3 shelf rack so I can put 2 20s on each shelf. Anyone have success using 20 gallon with 6" parents.

29s. 20s may be perfect for the space, but not so perfect for a 6 in. pair with 100 fry and a novice breeder.
