Sadly I Don't have enough room to set up this tank at my new place, so I had to down size.

Tank comes as is, I am in the process of moving and do not have time to completely wipe it down spotless but is in good shape. NO LEAKS OR CRACKS.

Stand is in fairly decent shape. Works perfectly as is but you could make it looks really nice with a little bit of touch ups here and there.

Pick up only SANTA CLARITA, CA, it is heavy you will need two people for the tank.

Sorry you have to downsize.
Makes a great Discus fry grow-out tank.
Used tanks usually run for $1 per gal unless it's a custom build. All the stand needs is a good paint job and seems very soild.
Is any light included in the deal?
Overall I think it's a great deal...try also posting on Craigslist and Kijiji.
